At Howler Bike Park, we want to ensure your gear is trail-ready and fits perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and free of any trail dust or debris.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
